【Application of Equipment】  

This equipment is used for the appearance detection and abnormal noise detection of the charger after assembly of six specifications, such as American, Indian, European and Japanese standard.

 【Functions and Features】  

1. Detect appearance through intelligent deep-learning techniques: cracks, bumps, pits, burns, excessive glue, burrs, etc;

2. Appearance detection: Screening filtration rate≤3.0%, omission rate≤0.3%;

3. Abnormal sound detection: Screening filtration rate≤1.0%, omission rate≤0.1%;

4. Through stethoscope recording and system analysis: abnormal sound judging,  detecting conductive material such as iron cutting inside the charging head;

5. TT≤2.9s.
