This equipment is used for film pasting on the surfaces of various frame products in the semiconductor field.

 【Functions and Features】

1. Temperature control: The error between the actual temperature and the set temperature is ±3℃; 

2. Stacked lead frame loading and unloading mechanism is equipped with sensors to control the material handling height; 

3. The loading and unloading unit of the film attaching machine has the functions of automatically grasping and releasing the isolation paper sheets.

4. It can support the attachment of fime with a length of 150-300mm and a width of 40-100mm.
