Material transfer to de-flashing station→laser resin removal→dust extraction via vacuum system

 【Functions and Features】

1. The laser de-flashing equipment uses fiber optic laser for de-flashing, and the smoke generated during the de-flashing process is collected by the dust removal equipment;

2. The fixture uses electric drive with a positioning  precisionis  of ±2μm;

3. During operation, the equipment will identify the de-flashing situation through imaging. If there any residual overflow in the de-flashing area, it will automatically alarm;

4. It is equipped with corresponding encapsulation bases that can switch to different encaps products.
