Dream Starting Point
Learning Happily - Season 2
As the morning sun bathed the office building in golden light on August 16th, a group of 'little observers' entered their parents' office.
Experiencing the amazing power of science and technology.

Three shining moments

Workstations Transformed into Science Labs
Through the interactive exhibit 'Mom and Dad's Magic Toolbox,' children discover:
The programmer dad's keyboard can 'command' robots to dance.
The purchasing mom's Excel spreadsheet can conjure rainbow charts on its own.
The designer's computer hides a storytelling sprite...
Role-playing in the meeting room
In a mini-corporate decision-making simulation game:
A 3-year-old 'CEO' plans a new project using a talking pen.
A 10-year-old 'Marketing Director' designs a light-up eco-friendly product.
'Financial advisors' conduct 'international trade' using colored chips.

双向成长的珍贵收获

Children's Perspective: Work isn't the 'disappearing 8 hours,' but rather the magic of value creation.
Employee Insights: Gaining innovative inspiration from children's imaginative questions.
Corporate Value: Re-examining work processes from a child's perspective reveals new possibilities for optimization.
At the end of the activity, each family received a special 'growth souvenir package': containing a company map drawn by the child, a comic book of parents' work scenes, and small gifts from the company for the little observers. These gifts, carrying the collision of childlike innocence and professionalism, will become the warmest workplace memories.
This special parent-child visit
not only allowed children to see the real scenes of their parents' work,
but also planted the seeds of career awareness in their hearts.
