This equipment is used in the renewable energy sector for modifying the blue film on battery casings to reduce adhesion, facilitating film removal, increasing efficiency, and reducing operator fatigue.

 【Functions and Features】

1. Dual-channel automatic feeding→automatic flipping→protective film viscosity reduction by laser→ automatic cutting; 

2. The efficiency of a single laser unit is ≥2~4pcs/min, with casing damage < 1μm and surface roughness < 1μm; 

3. The stripping force of the protective film is ≤ 20 N/100 mm, the yield for manual removal for the first time after laser modification is ≥ 99.8%; 

4. The  viscosity reduction effect is controlled by adjusting the laser wavelength and energy; different models can be switched by simply adjusting the corresponding parameters.
