Relay automatic assembly &inspection line

【Application of Equipment】  

This equipment is used for relay parts assembly, semi-finished contact pressure &Gap detection→dispensing and assembly→gas tightness test→base dispensing & assembly→baking→terminal soldering→porosity hot melt→aging test→voltage resistance test→final performance test. Multiple equipment is integrated with non-stop operation.

 【Functions and Features】  

1. Gap& pressure detection between contacts, gap≥1.5mm, pressure ≥4g, the error between the judged value and the actual value ≤±0.01mm and the data can be stored;

2. Dispensing machine dispensing needle has preheating and heating insulation function. Preheating temperature range is 40±10°C, automatic monitoring and automatically alarming when abnormality appears;  

3. The oven temperature is continuously adjustable within the range of 80~160°C, and the overall temperature difference of the oven ≤±5°C;

4. The tin dipping time is adjustable from 0 to 5s. The solder paste and rosin liquid are automatically added. The soldering temperature is adjustable from 0 to 550°C. The depth of the soldering pot is controllable by 15mm;

5. The whole line TT≤1.44s, through yield ≥98%;

6. Suction time of complete product test ≤15ms, release time ≤8ms, suction rebound ≤8ms, contact impedance ≤70mΩ, yeild ≥99.5%.
