【Application of Equipment】  

This equipment is used for loading, unloading and transporting baskets in the entire PVD process line in the photovoltaic field. 

【Functions and Features】  

1. The conveyor system is composed of a lift and a roller conveyor. The outer part of the line includes two hand carts and two basket holders, each of which can hold 6 flower baskets;

2. The carrying capacity the flower basket lifting mechanism is ≥300Kg;

3. Program-controlled transportation of empty flower baskets and fully loaded product flower baskets to the PVD and unloading ports, meeting the efficiency of PVD equipment for loading and unloading; 

4. TT≤0.4m/s.
