Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop solutions to meet customer needs;
2. Independently design and manufacture complete sets of equipment;
3. Undertake the development of new technologies and products;
4. Design the mechanical and structural aspects of new company products, and prepare and archive related project documents;
5. Debug and verify new product prototypes and provide improvement suggestions;
6. Improve and refine the mechanical design of existing company products;
7. Provide technical support to production, pre-sales, and after-sales departments.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design or Automation, under 40 years old;
2. At least 5 years of independent design experience in non-standard automated equipment, with preference given to candidates from the 3C or panel industries;
3. Solid mechanical design foundation and work experience, strong mechanical design capabilities, and flexible thinking;
4. Familiar with machining processes and cost accounting, able to independently complete tasks assigned by superiors;
5. Proficient in SolidWorks, CAD, and other related software;
6. Meticulous, proactive, hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;
7. Excellent communication and expression skills.
