Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for transporting equipment for new projects to the client's site for installation and commissioning;
2. Perform maintenance and customer training after commissioning;
3. Analyze and promptly resolve any on-site anomalies;
4. Maintain efficient and effective communication with clients on-site.
Job Requirements:
1. Mechanical and electrical engineering related major, with experience in after-sales service of non-standard automated equipment preferred;
2. Proficiency in PLC and vision software preferred;
3. Willing to travel for short periods;
4. Willing to follow instructions from superiors;
5. Strong learning ability, adept at summarizing and solving problems.
